This year’s Veteran’s Day Flag for Vets is sadly the first time we will be placing flags without our dear friend, Paul Monti. Instead, we will place a flag for him where he is now laid to rest next to his son Jared. Paul passed away on August 26^th and will be missed dearly by us and so many others that love him.

 

He started The SFC Jared C. Monti Charitable Foundation in 2006 as a way to honor his son, who was killed in action in Afghanistan. Throughout the past 16 years he has done that and so much more.

 

In his memory and just as he did, we will remain strong through our grief and continue his remarkable work to honor Jared, Veterans, and Gold Star families.
